i loved the place, beautiful location and staff. i slept so comfy in the nice bed. the outdoor restaurant was good with lots of meals in the menu.

Fab location, cute hotel, the staff was well-trained. Room was adequate and had a luxurious bathroom. The service was efficient too. My favourite property in San Francisco.

Great staff, huge rooms with modern interior. The food was good, especially coffee, tea and slices of fresh bread for breakfast. Exceptionally clean and decent hotel in Downtown San Francisco district. Also - very close to - bars and shopping outlets...

The place was reasonably clean and staff were apologetic, I loved brilliant location. Food was outstanding - lots of options. Uniquely decorated room with comfy bed and nice views. Marvellous service too.

Our rooms were comfortable. Mission Grille served dishes within 300 feet off the hotel. This is a venue go-to for San Francisco! It was definitely 4 stars for us:)))
